List with prices
The WhatsApp Business API is how Meta lets a business connect WhatsApp to software: a shared inbox for your team, broadcasts, chatbots, or an AI agent that answers customers by itself. A business reaches it through a provider, and the provider charges a monthly fee for its software.
We started this list looking for Filipino companies with peso prices, because a peso bill does not move with the exchange rate. We did not find one for WhatsApp. The Filipino companies we found either price for Messenger, Viber and SMS, or ask you to contact them for a quote. So the ten names below are priced in US dollars, and the Filipino companies are in their own section further down, with what their pages actually say.
Every price has the address of the company's own pricing page and the date we checked it.

Short answer
We found no Filipino company that publishes a peso price for a WhatsApp product, so every price on this list is in US dollars. The cheapest paid plan is Chakra Chat ($12.49 a month, and it has a free plan), then Go4whatsup ($39, with AI replies according to its page), AiSensy ($45), Wati ($49), Zoko ($49.99), YCloud ($52), Interakt ($55), respond.io ($99, or $79 paid yearly), CertuAI ($120 on the official API, with the AI agent included) and Gallabox ($150, billed quarterly).
Who wrote this list. CertuAI wrote it, and CertuAI is on it, at number 9. The order comes from the rule explained under "How we checked", not from a judge outside the company. Every other price comes from that company's own pricing page, with the address and the date we checked it right next to it. Check them and decide for yourself.
10 options, with the price each company publishes.

The rule for the order. We looked for peso prices first, because a peso bill does not move with the exchange rate, and did not find one for a WhatsApp product. So the whole list is in US dollars, ordered by the monthly price of the cheapest paid plan, cheapest first. Free plans are mentioned in each entry but do not change the order. A plan sold only for several months at a time counts at its monthly figure. On a tie, alphabetical order.
That rule puts CertuAI ninth. This page is about official WhatsApp Business API providers, and CertuAI's $75 Start connects your number by QR code, not through the official API, so CertuAI is ranked at $120, the price of Pro, where the official API starts. Eight providers start cheaper. What differs is what the price includes: CertuAI's $120 includes the AI agent and up to 2,500 AI replies a month. Go4whatsup lists AI replies on its $39 plan; AiSensy, Zoko and Interakt sell the AI agent as an add-on; respond.io has AI agents from Growth; and for Chakra Chat, Wati and YCloud we could not confirm which plan includes it.
We opened each company's own pricing page on 11 September 2026 and wrote down the price, the address of the page and the date. We did not use prices from review sites, from sales calls or from memory. We did not convert any currency: every price is shown in the currency the company shows it in, and $ always means US dollars.
Some pricing pages change with the country you visit from. Wati's page loads its price list from Wati's own servers by country; for the Philippines it answers in US dollars, the same list as Kenya and Nigeria, and that is the price shown here. Interakt sends visitors from outside India to a separate page in dollars, which is the one we used. SleekFlow showed us Brazilian reais, so it is named below without a price.
Message charges are not in these prices. Several companies on this list say on their own pricing pages that WhatsApp message charges are billed apart from the plan, and some publish their own rate per message. Each entry quotes what the company writes. We did not add a message charge to any price here, and we do not describe how Meta bills businesses, because that is for Meta to say and it changes. Ask each provider what a message will cost you, who bills it and whether they add anything on top.
CertuAI's price comes from its plans page, which is the same price the checkout charges. There is no display price that differs from the price you pay.
Prices change. If you are reading this months from now, open the address under each entry before you decide anything.
ChatDaddy writes about the Philippines, but its pricing page and its own Philippines article list different plans and different entry prices, so we did not put a number next to it. SleekFlow is a name you will likely see here too; its pricing page picks the currency from the country you visit from and showed us Brazilian reais, so we could not see the price for the Philippines.
We looked for Filipino companies that sell WhatsApp for business with a published price in pesos, and did not find one. Here is what the pages we found say, as checked on 11 September 2026. It is useful to know before you spend an afternoon on calls.
ChatGenie (chatgenie.ph, Gorated Innovation Labs) is the only Filipino company we found with a peso price list: an AI management service at PHP 50,000 a month on Silver, PHP 100,000 on Gold and PHP 500,000 on Platinum. Its pricing page talks about Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and Viber, and does not mention WhatsApp, so it is not on this list.
m360 (m360.com.ph) is a Filipino messaging company that lists WhatsApp Business as a channel. There is no WhatsApp price on its page: price on request.
Bulk SMS Philippines (bulksms.com.ph) prices SMS in pesos, from PHP 0.34 a message, and lists "WhatsApp (WABA)" with "Contact Us" instead of a price. Its page mentions AI chatbot automation and a Meta-approved WhatsApp Business API. The contact details on the site are in Kuala Lumpur and Penang, Malaysia.
Bots at Work (botsatwork.ph, Pasig) builds chatbots to order, price on request. Its article on chatbot prices in the Philippines gives market ranges, such as PHP 20,000 to 35,000 to set up a basic FAQ chatbot and PHP 10,000 to 15,000 a month. Those are ranges for the market, not its own packages.
What this means for you: in what we found, the peso prices were for Messenger, Viber and SMS, and every WhatsApp price was in dollars. If you need WhatsApp, plan for a card payment in dollars, or ask a local company for a written quote in pesos.
All ten companies on this list bill in US dollars, by card. Before you choose one, check that your card allows payments in dollars and what your bank charges for them. A plan in dollars costs more pesos every time the peso weakens.
Look at how often you pay, too. Gallabox bills three months or a year at a time. Wati, AiSensy, YCloud and respond.io are cheaper per month if you pay for a year up front. Paying monthly costs more but lets you leave without losing a year.
Many lists of WhatsApp providers for the Philippines are written by one of the providers. Chakra Chat wrote one that ranks Chakra first. ChatDaddy's own article about the Philippines lists different plans from its pricing page. This list is written by CertuAI, and CertuAI is on it; the note under the title says where.
That is not a reason to ignore those lists. It is a reason to check every price on the company's own pricing page, which is why each entry here gives you the address and the date.
The provider's monthly fee on this list goes from $12.49 a month at Chakra Chat to $150 a month at Gallabox, billed quarterly, and several have free plans. Message charges usually come on top: Chakra Chat, for example, lists $0.001 per template message after the ones included in the plan. We found no WhatsApp provider with a price in pesos.
We did not find one that publishes a peso price for WhatsApp. ChatGenie publishes peso prices, but for an AI service on Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and Viber. m360 and Bulk SMS Philippines list WhatsApp with price on request, so you can ask them for a quote in pesos.
Yes. Chakra Chat has a free plan with 1,000 session messages and 2 users, and Go4whatsup and YCloud also have free plans. A free plan is a good way to test the inbox; check what it leaves out before you move your whole business to it.
Usually yes, but the steps depend on the provider. With CertuAI you connect the number your business already uses: by QR code on Start, through the official API on Pro. Ask any provider on this list before you pay.
Usually not. Several companies on this list say on their own pages that message charges come on top of the plan, and each entry quotes what that company writes. We did not add message charges to any price. Before you sign, ask the provider what a message costs you, who sends you that bill and whether they add a markup.
No. Nobody paid to be on it, and no link on this page earns CertuAI a commission. CertuAI is on the list because CertuAI wrote the list, and the page says so right under the title.
Tell CertuAI about your business in a short chat and watch the agent answer a customer the way you would. The preview is free and needs no card. If you like it, you connect the WhatsApp number you already use.
