List with prices
A WhatsApp CRM keeps every customer who writes to you in one list: who they are, what they asked, where the sale stands and who on your team is handling it. Without one, the list lives in someone's phone, and it leaves when they do.
This list is for businesses in India. Tools that publish prices in rupees come first, so you can compare without doing currency sums. Tools that publish only in US dollars come after, because we do not convert. Every price has the address of the company's pricing page and the date we checked it.

Short answer
The WhatsApp CRM tools that publish rupee prices start with AiSensy (₹1,500 a month), Interakt's Sales CRM (₹2,499 plus taxes for 5 sales agents), Wati (₹2,999 a month) and Gallabox (₹2,999 a month billed quarterly). Kommo, Periskope, Zixflow, CertuAI ($75 with an AI agent included) and respond.io publish in US dollars. DoubleTick shares its price only after a demo.
Who wrote this list. CertuAI wrote it, and CertuAI is on it, at number 8. The order comes from the rule explained under "How we checked", not from a judge outside the company. Every other price comes from that company's own pricing page, with the address and the date we checked it right next to it. Check them and decide for yourself.
10 options, with the price each company publishes. One of them does not publish a price we could check, so it shows as price on request.

Price on request
DoubleTick's pricing page lists Starter, Pro and Enterprise with no price, and sends you to book a demo. On 11 September 2026 the same page said AI agents are "built into every plan" and, in the plan cards, "not available" on Starter and on Pro. Ask them which is true for the plan you are offered.
The rule for the order. Rupee prices first, cheapest first, because this list is for India and a rupee price needs no sums. Then tools that publish only in US dollars, cheapest first. A price per person is counted for one person. On a tie, month-to-month billing comes before quarterly billing, and then alphabetical order. Tools with no published price go last.
That rule puts CertuAI eighth. CertuAI publishes its price only in US dollars, so it goes after every tool with a rupee price. Among the dollar tools, Kommo and Periskope are cheaper for one person, and Zixflow's Marketing Stack is $49 a month against CertuAI's $75 on monthly billing. CertuAI's price includes the AI agent and the CRM.
We opened each company's own pricing page on 11 September 2026 and wrote down the price, the address of the page and the date. We did not use prices from review sites, from sales calls or from memory. We did not convert any currency: every price is shown in the currency the company shows it in, and $ always means US dollars.
Some pricing pages change with the country you visit from. Wati's page loads its price list from Wati's own servers by country: it gives rupees for India and US dollars for Nigeria, Kenya and the Philippines, and we show both. Interakt sends visitors from outside India to a separate page in dollars, which is the only one we could open. When a page showed us different numbers depending on how we opened it, the entry says price on request and tells you why, instead of picking one.
Meta, the company that owns WhatsApp, charges separately for messages a business starts, such as marketing messages and reminders sent from a template. The rate depends on the country and on the kind of message. None of the prices on this page include those fees unless the entry says so in the company's own words. Ask each provider how they count and pass them on.
CertuAI's price comes from its plans page, which is the same price the checkout charges. There is no display price that differs from the price you pay.
Prices change. If you are reading this months from now, open the address under each entry before you decide anything.
Zoko, Chatfuel and Trengo also come up. They are on our Wati alternatives list and our best AI agents list, but they sell more as chat or store tools than as a CRM, and none published a rupee price on the page we checked.
SleekFlow and Tidio are left out because their pricing pages showed us prices that depend on the country you visit from, and we could not see the price for India.
Save every chat as a contact. Name, number, what they asked, and when. If you have to type it in by hand, it will not happen on a busy day.
Show where each sale stands. New, talking, quote sent, paid. A list of chats is not a pipeline.
Remind you to follow up. Most sales on WhatsApp are lost to silence, not to a competitor. The tool should tell you, or do it for you, when a customer has gone quiet.
Let more than one person answer. Two people on one number need to see who is handling which chat.
AiSensy, Interakt, Wati and Gallabox publish rupee prices. Interakt writes "+taxes" next to its prices and AiSensy writes "+ GST" next to its virtual number, so budget for tax on top of the number you see.
Kommo, Periskope, Zixflow, CertuAI and respond.io show their price in US dollars on the page we checked. You pay by card in dollars, and your bank decides the exchange rate and any foreign card fee.
Meta's own fees for business-started WhatsApp messages come on top of all of these, and the rate depends on the kind of message. Several of these pricing pages list Meta's rates for India; check the one you choose.
Among the tools on this list that publish rupee prices, AiSensy starts lowest at ₹1,500 a month on Basic, with 1 owner and 5 agents, and it also has a Free Forever plan. It is built mainly for broadcasts. For a sales pipeline, Interakt's Sales CRM is ₹2,499 a month plus taxes for 5 sales agents.
CertuAI includes an AI agent in its $75 Start plan, and every chat becomes a CRM contact by itself, but it is priced in US dollars. Among rupee-priced tools, the AI agent is usually an add-on: AiSensy's is ₹1,350 a month, and Wati's Astra is priced separately.
Not always. Most tools on this list use the official Business API. Periskope says on its page that it works without it. The Business API is the route Meta approves for businesses; ask each tool which route it uses and what that means for your number.
Yes, with a shared inbox, which every tool on this list has in some form. Check how many people the plan includes: Wati Growth includes 3 users, AiSensy Basic 1 owner and 5 agents, Interakt's Sales CRM 5 sales agents.
Usually not. Meta, the company that owns WhatsApp, charges separately for messages a business starts, like marketing messages and reminders. The rate depends on the country and on the kind of message. Each entry says what the company itself writes about this. Before you sign, ask the provider how they count those messages and whether they add anything on top.
No. Nobody paid to be on it, and no link on this page earns CertuAI a commission. CertuAI is on the list because CertuAI wrote the list, and the page says so right under the title.
Tell CertuAI about your business in a short chat and watch the agent answer a customer the way you would. The preview is free and needs no card. If you like it, you connect the WhatsApp number you already use.
