How a call works here
1.The call happens
The agent takes incoming calls or dials for you. While active, its status shows in the list and updates on its own.
2.When turned off, it turns to text
The recording is saved and the conversation is transcribed. This takes seconds to minutes, and the call stays in Waiting for transcript.
3.The contact enters the CRM
Name, phone, and reason become a contact with the summary attached. If anything needs a human, it creates a task. If solved, nothing is created.
4.You correct what it got wrong
Open the call, click Correct on the wrong line, and write the right one. It becomes knowledge in Brain and the next call uses the new answer.
